• Participants must use their real names and official IDs when joining online sessions.
• Respectful communication is mandatory — inappropriate language, gestures, or comments will not be tolerated.

2. Student Responsibilities

• Students must attend all scheduled classes regularly and actively participate.
• Assignments and tasks should be submitted on time through the designated platform.
• Recording, screenshotting, or sharing any class content without permission is strictly prohibited.
• Students should attend classes from a quiet, distraction-free environment with stable internet access.
• Dress appropriately and maintain proper online classroom decorum.
• Disruptive behavior, misuse of chat features, or multitasking during lessons will be addressed by the management.

3. Teacher Responsibilities

• Teachers must begin and end classes on time and ensure lessons are well-structured.
• Professional behavior, tone, and communication are to be maintained at all times.
• All class materials should be shared only through official Socraticali platforms.
• Teachers are responsible for monitoring attendance and maintaining discipline during sessions.
• Confidentiality of student information and academic discussions must be respected.

4. Technical & Communication Guidelines

• Ensure your device, camera, and microphone are functional before class begins.
• Report any technical issues to the support team promptly.
• Only official communication channels (email, LMS, or designated WhatsApp groups) should be used for class updates.

5. Disciplinary Actions

• Any violation of the online class code of conduct may result in warnings, restricted access, or disciplinary measures depending on the severity of the misconduct.
• Repeated violations may lead to suspension or removal from the course.
